Banking integrations

Before using your phone, you need to link your bank once in your personal account. Now we have VTB connected.

Why is this

Without a bank, the application will not be able to issue QR and accept payment via SBP. This is a separate step from phones employees: first the bank, then connecting phones.

How to connect

Sign in personal account under admin or manager.
Open in the menu on the left Integrations.
Click "Add Integration".
Only bank is currently available in the form VTB.
Enter Client ID And Client Secret from the VTB acquiring account (a couple for SBP, which is issued by the bank).
Click "Connect" — a VTB card will appear on the screen.

The analyst can only view the list, without adding or deleting.

After connecting

The employee on the phone will be able to set the amount and open the payment - QR and Touch will go through VTB. If you delete integration, new payments through this bank will stop working.

The card may have a signature “not linked to a terminal” - this is normal for one point.

Change or disable

On the card, click More detailsto view the status. If the bank re-issued access, admin can enter a new key pair in both fields.

Delete — disable the bank (administrator or manager). The system will warn that payments for it will stop.

Other banks

Now in the interface only VTB. If you need another bank, write to us and we will add its inclusion in the product.
