How to use the ТАЧ! terminal

The ТАЧ! terminal is a staff smartphone or tablet with the app. A separate “boxed” POS for every shift is not required: the amount goes to payment, the guest pays at the bank (QR, link, or tap), and the status returns to the app and the account.

Before the shift

1. The device is linked to the venue in the account (pairing code from the terminals section).
2. The staff member signed into the app with the code from the cabinet.
3. The bank integration is active — otherwise QR and payment will not assemble.

How to accept a payment

1. Select a table or enter the check amount.
2. Start payment: the guest scans the QR, opens the bank link, or holds their phone close (ТАЧ! flow).
3. Wait for the on-screen status — success, decline, or retry per the app prompt.
